This week-long course is taught by an experienced mortgage broker instructor who will guide students through lectures, class discussions, group problem solving and case studies.
Students have required reading to prepare for the course. Please read the first 5 chapters of your textbook in preparation of your first day of class. Textbooks are mailed out two weeks prior to course beginning. If you have not yet received the textbook a week before the class, please email office@cmbaontario.ca. The exam will be on the last day of class.
Please note that in order for a course to proceed, a minimum number of participants must be met. If the minimum number for the course dates you have chosen is not met, we reserve the right to re-schedule. In the event that a course date is canceled and cannot be re-scheduled, a refund will be provided.
In the event you cannot attend the class we will do our best to accommodate another class date. Complete withdrawals with notice will result in a 25% admin fee before refund. Without notice or valid reason the will be zero refund.
Course materials will be mailed out approximately 2 weeks prior. The virtual classroom link will be emailed out approximately 2 days prior to the first class.
