Individuals who are registered or licensed in the Province of Ontario as Mortgage Brokers or Agents of registered or licensed Mortgage Brokers and whose registrations or licenses are in good standing with the regulatory authorities shall be eligible to become Licensed Members of the Association, if previously were Members of the Association, and memberships were in good standing.
The full membership fee if joining in $225+HST.
Partner Membership is for those that do not hold a valid broker or agent license but are associated with the mortgage business, or who are in the real estate field. As of February 2018, the former Corporate Members and Associate Members are now Partner Members. Partner Membership may be paid by a corporation, partnership, etc., but the members are individuals. Membership is transferable only within the organization.
Annual Partner Membership Fees:
- For Organizations of 10 Employees or Fewer – $199 +HST PER Membership
- For Organizations of 11 Employees or More – $525 +HST for 3 Memberships (please contact office@cimbaontario.ca for Partner Organization option.)
- each additional membership – $175 +HST
